Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Nature Cures Pets. We work hard to ensure your pet’s supplements are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, Nature Cures Pets is not responsible, and no replacements or refunds will be issued.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at naturecurespets@gmail.com.
We may be able to update the address before your order is shipped, but this is not guaranteed.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nature Cures Pets is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Check around your property’s delivery areas

  3. Contact the carrier directly

We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.


6. Damaged Orders

If your supplements arrive damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturecurespets@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and may send a replacement at our discretion.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Because our products are consumable pet supplements:

  • We currently ship within the United States only (unless you request otherwise).

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in some cases depending on the carrier.

Let me know if you’d like this updated for international shipping.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
This is especially important because our supplements are consumable items with strict handling requirements.
