At Nature Cures Pets, the health and safety of pets and customers is our highest priority. Because our products are ingestible pet supplements, strict handling and safety regulations apply. To comply with health standards and to avoid any potential contamination risks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been shipped.
This policy is in place to help ensure product integrity and consumer safety, in alignment with industry standards and FDA-related handling guidelines for consumable products.
Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This includes situations such as:
Customer changes their mind
Pet does not like the product
Accidental purchase
Wrong item ordered
Because supplements are ingestible, we cannot restock, resell, or redistribute items once they have left our facility.
While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the damage
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Nature Cures Pets is not responsible for:
Delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
Due to health and safety requirements for consumable goods—including guidelines related to contamination risk and safe handling—we are prohibited from accepting returned supplements under any circumstances.
This ensures all customers receive products that have never been opened, handled, or tampered with.
